  I will start by saying that I am not a morning person.  Now that that is out of the way, as a Native New Yorker, this is not what I would consider a bagel.  It is more similar to what you can buy in the freezer section of a supermarket or from a fast food chain.  Bagel-ish at best.
  
  And then there was the service.  There were a total of 3 customers and 3 employees that I could see so not an overwhelming amount.  The young man who helped me asked me several times about what I wanted and still got it wrong in the end.   There were 4 ingredients and all he could remember was that I wanted 2 eggs and not the standard 1 because that costs extra.  Then the cashier rung it up wrong despite me telling him the 4 ingredients that I just ordered.  But not to worry, while I wound up with cheddar (not swiss) I was ultimately charged for the extra egg.  
  
  Obviously I recognize that this is my first world problem of the day, but honestly there is no reason to return.

  first of all, how come you sell no fruit but bags of chips? who the hell eats chips with  breakfast?

  I go there sometimes in the morning, but lately I noticed that the cashier tried to overcharge me several times (by mistake, I'm sure).  I had to correct her, but shouldn't she know the prices?

  I came here on the way into work because I didn't have time to grab my own breakfast.  There wasn't too many people at first, but as it was the beginning of the day, it started to fill up quick.  One of the things I have to say is that if you're in Fulton Center or near a huge hub, such as the Financial District, on a weekday at the beginning of the morning - I would hope that you would be prepared for a morning rush.  Typical restaurants or food industry establishments know roughly when there is going to be a surge of clientele coming in.  This place however does not seem to care as I came in here on several occasions at the same time and the service was the same: royal suck.
  
  It took forever to get a lightly-toasted bagel with butter.  I don't know if they were growing the wheat and then waiting for the dough to rise as they were making my bagel, but a toasted bagel with butter should not take 10 minutes.  If it took my simple, pre-made bagel 10 minutes to come into my hands from when the order was placed, I pity those who asked for "exotic" breakfast sandwiches (something fancy like egg, cheese, bacon, etc.).
  
  The bagel was...okay. It wasn't the standard NYC bagel that I always brag about when I go out west.  At the very least, I didn't get food poisoning given the other reviews about hair-in-food and failed food inspections.  We're definitely not coming back.  I'd rather go hungry than to waste money in the morning on a place like this.

  Awful bagel. Soggy & sad. They use pre-made eggs which is just gross and nothing about this place feels high quality. Real shame we don't have a good bagel spot here anymore
